2. Services

SMI Fast Delivery provides logistics and delivery solutions for vendors, merchants, and individual users. Our role is limited to the collection, transportation, and delivery of goods from vendors to customers, and, where applicable, facilitating payments through MH Step Pays Payment Solution Pvt. Ltd.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to use our Services.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors using our Services must ensure that:

  • The goods are properly packaged, labeled, and lawful for transportation;
  • No prohibited, restricted, or illegal items (as per Indian law) are handed over for delivery;
  • All relevant invoices, permits, and documents are provided as required.

5. Delivery and Liability

  • The Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely and safe delivery.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • The Company is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or third-party logistics issues.
  • Claims for damaged, lost, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, supported by photographic or video evidence.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the delivery service fee paid for the specific transaction.

6. Payment Terms

Payments processed through MH Step Pays Payment Solution Pvt. Ltd. are subject to their payment terms and policies.
The Company may charge delivery fees, handling fees, or commissions, which will be communicated transparently before service use.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Ship illegal or restricted items (e.g., narcotics, explosives, counterfeit goods, live animals, etc.);
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities;
  • Infringe on the rights of others or violate applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, logos, and content displayed on our website or apps are owned by the Company. You may not use or reproduce them without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
